Can these rattle and jingle? During cold start up or anytime? What can stop it?

02 Sensors don't rattle or jingle - ever. Check your cats.

I agree. They don't make noise at all. Most likely you have something lose in the exhaust system therefore get under there and start looking at everything.

O2 sensors are supposed to be fastened pretty tightly into the exhaust, I would not expect them to make any noise. I would check any clamps that are used tighten down the exhaust if you think something is rattling down there.

I forgot to add that I have dynatech supermax longtube headers with high flow cats and x pipe going out of borla stingers. The jingle seems to be only when I first 5 min of being on. After it is at normal temp. the jingle goes away. What causes the jingle? Cold metal along with exhaust pressure? What do you think it could be?

exhaust could be rubbing during startup... or it could be the cats... they can rattle internally (sometimes)

get it up in the air and have a look

That's the exact set up that I have. With the engine off get under the car and bump the cats and see if they rattle. They've been know to come unwelded inside occasionally.
