Questions on Bilstein Shock Install
I installed Bilstein Sport shocks on my '02 Z06 yesterday and had a couple of questions I couldn't get answered when searching threads.
1) Does the rear clavicle bolt not protrude as far past the nut with the Bilsteins? On the stock shocks the bolt stuck out probably 1/3 inch. With the Bilsteins, it does not protrude past the nut. I noticed the clavicle on the Bilsteins looks slightly thicker.
Any assistance would be much appreciated. On a positive note, after the install, I drove the car for about 150 miles and am pleased with the ride and handling.
