Default Need Front End Help

There is a rubber grommet or bushing under an adjustment screw. This screw is used to raise and lower the front end of the car. The rubber piece is coming apart. I am sure this is the result of raising and lowering the car numerous times

I have searched the forum, viewed diagrams on line, and searched retailers for the name of this bushing. The best I can figure is that it is called a SPRING PAD. Not so sure about that. Anyway, I would like to know specifically what the part is call. I would also like to know If this part could be upgraded to a polyurethane part. The last thing I'll mention is, would this be a good time to replace all the bushing using a polyurethane replacement kit? Thanks a lot for your time.

It is part of the screw so you would need to replace the piece as a unit.

This is a stock GM front adjuster w/bushing.
As you can see this bushing is approximately 7/8" thick.
If you are in need of a used one, I believe there is a set for sale in the parts 4 sale section by (Gitusum)??? (New Years Sale)
Good luck.

PS. GM dosn't sell the bushing seperately, you must buy the spring too.
