yes i know cheap and fuel system shouldn't go together, but i also don't believe in overkill. our car is currently at 602whp with a stock pump/boost-a-pump and 60lb injectors. i'd like to bump the boost to get up around 700, but is that going to happen on stock lines and the returnless system? i thought about running a 97-99 filter and converting it to a return system, but not sure what kind of pump i'll need to support the power.
You could chunk the 60s or sale them & get thwe 80lb injectors &buy a&as fuelsystem, this will make. 800 rwhp or more, its the Cheapest thati know that won't break ur. Bank account

The 97/98 return system with a Ractronix fuel pump (boost-a-pump) and hot wire should get you close to that 700 rwhp safely. Being a FI setup you'll probably need bigger injectors also.

Every setup is different, but I got >700rwhp on my 2003 with stock lines and stock Z06 fuel pump. It has the FFS returnless setup. Here's what I added:
60#
KB BAP 20amp
racetronix hotwire
single nozzle alky
I drive around on 92 pump and never need race gas. The IDC is about 82% when I run the 1/4.
no alcohol here fellas. trying to do it all on the gas. it's an '01. i kinda like that dual pump setup above and that's not a horrible price. i wonder if i could do e85 with 2 walbros. i also plan to ditch the 60s for something a little bit bigger. i think i'm around 80% ID, but 100hp is a lot of extra fuel.
also, fwiw, the fuel pressure stays solid around 60psi until about 6,700rpm, then drops to about 53-54 at 7k.
I've got an RSI stage 3 kit, less fuel rails, for sale if interested. My car had a charger on it at one time, but since I'm running an N/A LS2 402now, I can put the extra cash from the fuel system towards something else on the car. Looking to get $800.00 shipped for it. Not sure if a used one is worth that or not, but I'm sure other members will be happy to voice their opinion of that to help you out.
You could add 97-98 rails ($100) and run a return line ($?) which would help a lot having the regulator at the rails.
doing so, i'd have to run the 97-98 filter as well, right? the good thing about that is i could bump fuel pressure to 80psi, but then i'd have to do a complete retune.
You'd be halfway there if you had a blower cam instead of that nitrous cam. Your head unit is getting less efficient as you add boost with the current cam. You're blowing boost right out the pipe with the fuel.
