Hi all, yesterday I picked my car up at the body shop after getting my drivers side fender replaced as I was looking it over I relized the inner duct was shaking. I asked him about this they said that's how it is and it doesn't bolt to anything.
Does anyone else's car do this and does anyone have a cutaway picture
I'm gonna go to the body shop tomorrow. How would it be installed wrong ? So I don't sound like a jackwagon when I'm yelling at them. Wish I had another c5 to show them.
Hmm well it looks fine but it shakes when it idles vs pass side no shaking at all. I'm pretty upset I paid 1500 to have this fixed after my dad backed into me and I'm having this problem along with others with this "prestigious" body shop. :/
The weather stripping is missing , the Headlight gap is way off. Bumper cover damage not fixed correctly.
When I first got my car, I noticed that the black insert in the drivers side fender was loose and not attached to anything when compared to the passenger side. I knew for a fact that the car was completely stock and never accidented. I began thinking that I'd been had. But, after further investigation, I realized that it is normal. That's the way they come from the factory. The passenger side is different because there is alot of electronic equipment (car computer) behind the fender which needs to be protected from the elements.
