Default o2 Sensor Codes

In the mornings i start the car, and within about 10 minutes of driving i get these codes.

P0135 Heated oxygen Sensor (HO2S) Heater Circuit Bank 2 Sensor 1
P0155 Heated oxygen Sensor (HO2S) Heater Circuit Bank 1 Sensor 1
P0153 Heated oxygen Sensor (HO2S) Slow Response Bank 2 Sensor 1

The car has LT headers w/ hi-flow cats. I tried to jack it up and look around, but didn't see anything clearly out of place. Could it be the sensors themselves or the wiring causing the issues?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Yes to both, but unlikely for both sensor to have a problem. The only thing in common is the heater circuit.

Check minifuse #15 in the underhood fuse box.
