I remember reading that GM recommends putting a sealant on the plastic cover lug nuts, according to the TSB. Am I understanding that they want us to glue the covers on? That is the most idiotic thing I've ever heard of!!! Why don't they make the proper covers and then distribute them to the appropriate Vette owners. I did notice that my "covers" were loose and so I tightened them down. But gluing them in place? Now I know that they're missing a few "screws" in their design department (or should I say "nuts!").

Of course TSB's are not recalls.

Speaking of recalls - Does anyone know of any for a 2001??? I'll probably be taking the car in for service (if I can't fix a few small items on my own) and would like to have any TSB's or Recalls taken care of at the same time.

Thx

EEK! A little un-nerving seeing that list. Do you have a link to some website so that I may be able to look these up on my own?? I'd love to see a dealer armed with all this info to avoid any problems in getting warranty repairs.

Thx for the info!

What I posted are the current ones. Just tell them the TSB and they can look it up. All GM Service Departments get these updates.
