Awhile back someone posted some nice photos of the converter swap they did. It looked like it was done in a driveway and the whole axle assembly, transaxle, and torque tunnel were removed in one piece. I printed the photos out, but I've since lost them. Are they still available? Did someone happen to bookmark them? Thanks! :)
Thanks, Max. I did see that article and photos, but that's not the one I'm looking for. These were color shots of the disassembly, all taken out in one piece. There were four to six pics total.
Hmm.....I don't really remember, but I'm pretty sure it wasn't red. The car was on a lift in the garage, the axle assembly, transaxle, and torque tunnel were pulled out in one piece making it look like a cross and it was laid out on some wood if I remember correctly and was in the driveway. I think the car was light-colored, it could have been white, but my memory sucks so I could be completely wrong about the color.
I know Mag Red Monster had pics of his diff swap...and someone just yesterday had a pic of his car in his garage on jack stands...a white C5...
I have some pics of my car on the lift with the car in pieces...will try to dig them up shortly for you.

Well, this was awhile ago. Maybe a two or three months. I could have been magnetic red I suppose. Unless it were striped like a zebra, I probably wouldn't remember it correctly. :D
Thanks for the offer, Neill! I'd appreciate seeing your photos as well.
