Default Lowering Question...

When lowering you car with the stock bolts, about 1 inch. Do you need to have a front end alignment?

A lot of discussion about this in the past. Do a search to read some of the opinions.

I lowered mine with the stock bolts - ended up at 1" lower. I then had 4-wheel alignment done.

Yes. Get a four wheel alignment. When lowering you increase negative camber which means your riding on the inside treads of your tires. A good four wheel alignment will also make your car much more controlable during wheel spin on a hard launch.

I have Chrome Z06 Rims with Mich pilots that will be going on next weekend. How much would you suggest lower it? 1 inch or 1.5?
