Problem with headlights
installed HID kit. Now pop ups are intermittently not working all the time. I've done some research. Would a "Xenon HID Warning Decoder Error Canceller Capacitor" Fix the problem?

Does the lights flicker when on? Sounds like you need a HID conversion relay kit which pulls power directly from the battery. The "secret" capacitor thing-a-mag (since you don't know what's in the little black box) might work.....then might not!
