Default car still moves while in gear sometimes HELLPPPPP

ok here is a bit of my mods.

AA kit blower making 630 whp.
I have a Mcloud clutch with the flywheel. I got it used from a forum member on here and got it rebuilt by Mcloud so I know the clutch was like brand new.

I got it installed by a local shop, with it I installed a remote bleeder and the Tick performance master cyl .

The car still drives fine sometimes but the problem is that from time to time the gears get stuck and I can't seem to take the car out of gear with the clutch pressed in. It ;shifts good when at 6krpm no problem but it is in low rpm. I did notice that my clutch Fulvia was dark black so I did the method that was said here on the forums and drained the fluid by the lil canister and refilled it, I have done this a few times. I am still having the same issue.

I am not sure what could be causing the issue if it is the clutch going bad, the master cyl or the slave cyl.

inputs would be appreciated.

thanks,

sounds like the clutch is not being fully released. try adjusting your cluctch pedel out a inch or so. there are two lock nuts on the tick master cyl. rod loosend them and increase the rod lenth.

Your clutch is NOT fully disengaging.

There should be a information from the clutch manufacturer about measurements used to install the throw- out bearing---IF you continue to bleed the system and it still won't dis-engage--- your measurements are probably OFF---

That is the first thing I thought of that the clutch was not fully disengaging but it was working for a good 3 month since clutch been installed. But I did adjust it a bit and still having issues, I just took out all of the fluid from the car out and bleed it out and put new one. I hope this fixes if not I don't know what else to do.

How about back to the shop that did the work. Was there a warranty?

What you need to do is get your car up on a lift, pull the bell housing inspection cover off and check to see what the air gap is on the clutch disc when the clutch pedalis depressed.

Sounds like the clutch is not fully releasing. Coulc be a bent clutch disc, caused by a bad install or you clutch master could be too weak to push enough fluid.

Lots of potential issues to figure out.

UPDATE GUYS!!! so I readjusted the master cyl . I adjusted the pedal so much that I had to bypass the cluch switch because the pedal would not touch it.

The problem only happens sometimes and it is only on deceleration and when it is below 1500 rpm.

When it works fine I just tap the clutch a bit and I can shift that is how far back I have it. What do you guys think , should I call Tick performance or the clutch manufacture and see what they could say ??
