relay clicking please help

You need to give us more information. Was the ignition on at the time that you hear the clicking? Were you attempting to start the car? Was it the passenger door opening that stopped the clicking or the driver's door? Have you pulled your codes yet?

Also, a relay clicks because it doesn't have enough power to hold the circuit closed. You can figure out which relay it is by feeling the outer case until you can "feel" the click through your fingertips. When it starts clicking crawl over the console from the driver side if you think it will stop when opening the passenger side door. (The sacrifices we make for our cars, haha.) Once you isolate the relay look it up in the service manual, then check for faults on the circuit. If your battery is low it could be causing it too (interior lights for example, come on, drop battery voltage, dropping relay, battery voltage rises closing relay, lights come on dropping battery and relay, click,click,click, etc).
