OK here we go! my 2002 that Ive had for 9 months the drivers door would not unlock with the fob or arm rest button.I was told it needed a new door actuator.I orderd one and installed it.Now its not working at all.The drivers arm rest button and fob work the pass door.I can hear both relays clicking are they working or not! HELP PLEASE!!!

You need to get in there with a multimeter and circuit diagram to do some proper diagnostics. Replacing parts is an inefficient strategy.
I believe there is a separate relay in the module for lock and unlock. If the actuator works in one direction it would also work in the other. Unless one of the relays is toast. However, it could just be a corroded connection somewhere. Pinpoint the problem, then buy replacement parts. If you need a relay someone here can help with that.
