Default LSX 376 question

I did some math and my bone stock 99 FRC made 310/318

Given the math thats a 10% drivetrain loss in the LS1

The LSX 376 is rated at 450 hp, vs the LS1 @ 345

Now with the LSX 376, in standard form (Im using an LS3 Intake manifold and throttle body) and a 10% loss. Im thinking 405 rwhp. I went with Kooks 1 7/8 long tubes, with no cats. Also planning on using a Vararam CAI. Now if my math is correct the car should put down roughly 445 with longtubes, and a Vararam.

Feel free to comment on proposed numbers, and give feedback on what the car will/should/wont put down lol Thanks!

I'm guessing you'll be about 10hp lower than your estimate. Why run the tiny cam that peaks at 5800? Throw a cam in the 228-230 duration range and wake that thing up, and will be well above and beyond your numbers expectations.
