Swapping muffler system.

Hey guys. Just how do I get the old mufflers out and the Z06 system in?
Do I need to drop the rear cradle? I have the car about 2' off the ground and no matter how I twist and turn the critter it won't come out.

Lift it up higher. Yep, higher... no, still higher... You'll get it. Just be safe about it.

oh, yeh... did you drop the sway bar? just undo the two mounts - you shouldn't have to disconnect the end links.

Lift the rear end at least as high as I did when I swapped the catback on my 99 Coupe.

You have to get it up really high. Just be safe about it.

If you don't care about the stock ones, you can cut them in 2 and get them out.

If it has a Z06 Ti exhaust I wouldn't cut it. You can take it to a shop. then sell the stock exhaust to recoup the money.
