Default mod bug bite (headers)

i recently bought a used c5 which came with a vararam intake, and cat delete(with an xpipe replacing the h pipe). i later found out it had a descreened MAF. i really want to buy Headers s do i have to buy the whole system WITH the xpipe?
i believe so since i dont think Long TUbes are going to bolt right up to the cat delete/xpipe between the catback.

Also i was debating between the XSPower headers http://oversteeringonline.com/C5_Headers_X-pipe.html and the Texas speed http://texas-speed.com/shop/item.asp...d=689&catid=20 ones. which do you consider better?

I'm interested as well since these systems have similar price points.

I run the XS power setup on my car and really like the added power & torque... Plus you cant beat the price and the fit was very nice bolted right up in just a couple hours!

these are the 2 headers I considered before my purchase. both venodrs were great help and answered all my questions. I thought I was going to go with the texas speeds because of the longer primaries. the other big difference to consder is that the xs headers are stainless vs mild steel on the tsp headers.
I ended up getting a used set of dynatechs for less than both and couldn't be happier. at this price point it might be worth your time to watch for used headers.
