Default Service Ride Control / Active Handling

I am getting this message on the DIC, but no codes. I cleaned and checked the grounds and all is OK. Does this mean my stock F45 shocks are done and need to be replaced? I got 76K on the shocks. Thanks

Yes if the computer thinks the rear is lower than the frt this will happen, this happen to me combined shocks and rear tires. Changed both no problems.

hey guys i just got this message on my 99 after doing a cam swap. when i start the car it reads service ride control, no other messages.

someone above said if the rear is lower than the front it will set? i just had the front on jackstands for a week with the rears on the ground, is that what set it off? is there a way to re set the system? nothing 'broke', it just came on right after i installed the cam without even driving
