No Low Beam on passenger side

No Low Beam on passenger side
Help! Has anyone ever had this problem? I've actually gone as far as using a volt meter to determine that I have no power going to my right side low beam. High beam on right side and both lights on left side work fine. All other lights operating perfectly. Thanks Chris
