Default Multifunction Switch Question

Does anyone know how to replace the multifunction switch or test it? I am trying to fix the headlights all relays and fuses are good, so I think this is the next logical thing to test. The lights are not lifting and the head lights are not turning on either, the only thing that I can do is get the lights to go in high beam when I pull back on the lever.

And when you pull it apart..check all your lights and everything before you put the knee panel and everything back on..put one screw in, hold it together with your hand and re-connect the wires. Just make sure it works before you put it back together.

I've done this twice now and both times when I plugged it back it, I had the little white toothed "gear" set just barely wrong and it kicked the headlights on the instant I plugged it in even in the "OFF" position.

Will guess that you've got a bad contact(s) in the headlamp switch itself. You can repair most of these contacts yourself with a small file, alcohol and so on or you can just buy a new switch. The switch has a very small torx screws holding it together so you'll need the proper tip to open it up.
