Wrong OAT read- harness

I got my car out today and realized it was displaying the wrong outside air temp on the climate control. So I did some research on here and found the diagrams where is is all located. I went to check the sensor on my car and realized that the harness plug opposite to the side of the sensor was torn. Not sure how it happened, but getting a new sensor will not solve the problem because the wiring before the sensor is torn. It is SO close the the harness plug that I do not have enough wire to work with and reconnect it. I need this harness plug but cannot find the part number or part anywhere. What do i do?!

You could try soldering it or just take the connector to the dealer and auto parts store and try and match one up...or look on ebay and I'll bet you find one.

Post a picture so we can advise you better. Most likely its just needed to extend the wire(s)
