Adjusting headlamp cap position....argh

Adjusting headlamp cap position....argh
I was hoping someone out there could give some guidance to the "mechanically challenged". My passenger side head lamp cap is off center,
I took off the cap and couldn't figure out what to do. I need to do two things:
1) Move the cap towards the passenger
2) Move the cap to the driver's side
Can anyone out there help me out?

I know you can adjust the up/down on the various edges to make that line up but for the forward, sideways and so on...not sure. I'm thinking you need to reposition the whole assembly on the frame.
