Magnaflo Install

I am replacing Borla Stingers with Magnaflo 16732 system. I know "why" you say but the Stingers are too loud for the wife.

I put the rear on jack stands and had no problem removing the Stinger system but I cant get the Magnaflo passengers side axle pipe to go in. The drivers side went in easy with a special twist but no luck with the passenger side. Is there some trick I am missing?

The shop that installed mine had the same problem....he had to remove the rear carriage brackets I believe...if that is what you call them....somebody should chime in soon with better instructions..

Did you take the sway bar mounts off and let it hang? You could lower the rear cradel to gain additional room.

You need it higher in the air than most jackstands will allow. Like 3+ft.

I have the same system. No problems at all getting the pipes over the axle. I installed mine using jackstands. There is no special trick. Did you try bringing the over-axle pipes in from the opposite side?
