left seat control cover

seat control cover came loose. Front screw I get, but how do I access side screw?

I think you have to remove the clip on the reclining lever if memory serves me. I just replaced mine. The screw should be right under the handle. Do a search for a pictoral.

That is correct.
To remove the clip, you just need to press it away from the shaft.
I had my seat out of the car when I did this.
I used two very small screw drivers to press it away from the shaft.
The lever will pull off the shaft, once this is done.
