Just did a brake job and wanted to adjust parking brake while I was there. The driver's side star adjuster would NOT turn. I put a little WD on it and tried tapping with a light hammer with a screwdriver on teeth...didn't budge.
The threads on that thing are right hand aren't they? So, if you are looking down on it, you would turn it clockwise to expand shoes, correct? I just don't want to be forcing it in the wrong direction and break it.
I just wanted to make sure since the shop manual makes no mention of which way to turn wheel to expand shoes.
