The Motor Labor Guide shows .7 hours each and 1.0 hour each if select ride equipped. So .7X4 is 2.8 hours, multiplied by 100 per hour is 280.00 or so. Just use your shops labor rate.
We did mine last month and that sounds about right. While you're in there, you should replace the sway bar end links with the metal ones if they haven't been changed out yet.
The rears are a piece of cake. Needed 2 24 mm or 15/16" sockets one regular and one shallow, two socket wrenches, a few extensions and 2 jacks. One under the hockey pucks under side frame member the other under the cradle to raise slightly and remove any loading.
Front a lil more complicated as you compress the shocks and hold with ordinary zip ties. Use the McRat method and you are home free. Got 24 mm socket and 15/16" socket at H F for 1.99 and 2.99. Do it yourself and save $300.
You should try doing them yourself, nothing to it really.
I did mine a couple months ago and I ain't no spring chicken. Just use the zip tie method and follow forum instructions. Takes only about 3 hours taking your time and cleaning things up under there. I could do them again in about half that. Search shock install.
I just replaced my F45 shocks with Bilsteins. It took me about six hours to do, but that included soldering in the resistors on the F45 wires, cleaning the inside of the wheels, having lunch, etc. It's not a bad job. Just reserve a Saturday and take your time. Good luck
A lot of shops do not want to install owner provided parts... they will claim it is the warranty/liability issue but it is usually about the lost profit on parts.
I had one shop tell me that at $80/yr they lose money without the profit on the parts... heck they wouldn't even let me choose the brand of part I wanted... insisted it was there choice and their supplier.
