Code B0367 and B2264

Code B0367 and B2264
I cleared all the codes but these 2 come back. Ive read a thread on checking the B0367 but lost grasp of it after the second paragraph. In laymans terms, what do these guys say is failing and what should be replaced and where are they located?

B 2264 is the left door control module..."vertical position sensor fault"

The window works fine but I did replace the motor and everything else about a year ago. It was an after market part and it sounds different than the passenger window but it works fine. Im getting a sound from under the dash that sounds like speaker feedback but when I inspect under the dash I cant find a thing that looks like it makes this kind of noise and of course it only acts up when I put everything back together. ??
