One of the O2's after the cats is having issues, should not effect the running at all, only used for calculating catalyst efficency.

Ok I took the advice on searching for the code and I'm going to look over a few things . A bit of info on my car , it has long tubes headers and does not have cats and has a Mail order tune by ECS and a K&N replacement air filter . I have cleaned my MAF thinking that maybe oil had fouled my MAF . When the car acts up it acts as if it is running rich and the exhaust tips are very black which in my opinion indicates that is true . This is a intermittent problem and it is driving me crazy . I'm kinda old school guy when it comes to repairs all of this electrical stuff is a bit overwhelming . If we had a local Corvette Tuner shop the car would be there already . I have zero confidence in the local Dealership . Thanks again guys !

Hmmm, no cats and you still have rear O2's?

Ok I cleared the code and it is gone ... must have been there from running the car with out a tune ? The car has no cats and has only 2 02 sensors in it . The car goes flat low rpms and has almost a burble (RICH?) sound and pops when I let off throttle . This is a intermtted problem . Forgive me guys I'm not all the up on current auto technology .

With no cats, those rear O2's are worthless, should have had them tuned out.

Your code "bank 2 sensor 1" is for the right bank first sensor, which is needed. That often can come up because of the headers not allowing the 02 sensor to heat up fast enough, and the code sets from not being fully up to temp when the car goes into closed loop.
You could also have an 02 sensor going "lazy", which will also do that. You should have someone who knows what they are looking at just check over the 02's for you.

I thought the heated O2's are the rear ones since they are so far downstream.
