transmission problems
i need some guidance, i have a 2002 c5 z06 with 120k and lately i have been noticing that when i drive for awhile its hard to get into the gears especially reverse, and today i was at a red light i put it into first gear and when i was releasing the clutch the gear kicked out violantly 
.
is it normally hard to get into gears and normal for kick outs to happen.
what do you guys think?
i'm afraid that i damaged my trany
what should i do or check?
