Default Maintenance History

I have a document that i keep updated with services performed on my vehicle. I figure if i sell the car the potential buyer would like to know what work has been done.

My question is.........If I have replaced Brakes, Tires, light Bulbs, Etc. multiple times over the last 6 1/2 years............should I list them all or just the most recent service for an item and the mileage at the time?

Also, should I mention how much the services cost or just that it has been done?

Thanks

In my opinion, the more documentation, the better. The gentleman I purchased my C5 from, had a box of paperwork (all good stuff), but a very well documented vehicle....even the window sticker, etc.
