what is the oil pressure for a 1998 corvette?

80 psi when cold
once warm I get around 62 PSI

i hope that was a joke......to the OP cold around 50+/-psi. hot idle around 35+ psi and WOT 55+psi

In the heat of the summer with the HVAC running and so on, I'm seeing 19 psi at idle and around 35-38 while driving. This is with over 300k miles on the engine. Minimum required to operate is 6 psi and if it ever gets that low, time to take it apart and do some repairs.

Default triple malfunction

i have three things out at one time could they be related? cruise won`t engauge ac won`t come on but heat does, and the abs and traction controll light won`t work.

thanks for the specs. idle 28 psi 2000 rpm 40 psi 3000 rpm 50 psi. i got pretty good oil pressure.

Obviously this is possible if at some RPM much higher than idle ... like around 5000~6000 RPM. 80 psi is indication the oil pump is in pressure relief.
