Does anyone know if a PROFORM electric water pumps fits on an ls engine its part number 161-651. Even the www.proformparts.com site doesnt mention which small block applications it works on. Secondly at 35+GPH is it better than factory pump or not. Thanks all

"small block", and "LS" are not interchangeable terms. If you see something adverstised for a small block chevy, it refers to the chevy engine design, that basically remained the same....from the mid 50's to the mid 90's.
The only electric pump I know of that fits the LS engines is the Meziere at close to $700.
I have one... actually, I bought it used and sold for a profit.
By the way, just so you know, Proform is a Chinese company if you care about that sort of thing... they like to copy/steal American designs/engineering and dump cheap crap on the market with cheaper metal and quality control. Enjoy the fruit of virtual slave labor.

I personally wouldn't use ANYTHING made by "Proform". They offer a very wide array of "products" for sale and they all look like junk.
