My fuel gauge would be at 3/4 of a tank and fropp to empty... also had erroe codes ..translated to lean fuel bank 2,,
had diagonised by three dealerships ..fuel pump
$800 fuel pump replaced
So only one bank was leaning out, and they replaced the fuel pump? Fuel sending unit issues are common, and are not associated with fuel supply............unless you were truly running out of fuel.

I agree with Lucky, typical stealership technique replace the fuel pump assembly for a bad/dirty sending unit.
Then clear the codes and see if he comes back for the intake leak so we can get him again for the other problem.
I replaced the fuel pump in my C5 with a Lingenfelter fuel pump (high flow) for around $260. I'm shocked every time I hear what dealers charge for this type of service. What year is your car?
Did they also replace the filter/pressure regulator for you?
