Grinding noise from driver side window...

Grinding noise from driver side window...
...is happening. Once in a while the window freezes in poition and I need to pull up on the window at same time engaging the swithc, to get it to go up.
I have the panel and speajers out, but I see no shavings, etc.
Is this the motor?

I just sent it out to be rebuild. I get it back this week. They claim to rebuild it with new cables so we'll see.
