CHECK:
for a burnt bulb in that circuit
for an LED bulb that was installed in that circuit
for a relay that's on its way out (swap relay with a good one to see if that's your problem)
Check the turn signal housings. After years of driving the bulbs melt the top of the housing and cause cracks. This will allow water in and pop the bulbs.
I just changed my over the weekend and both were melted open and both sockets were burnt. I also changed out the sockets with new ones.
