IIRC, the longer ones are for the rear. It's been quite some time since I installed mine. In any case, once you get up in there, you'll see which ones go where pretty quickly. Not difficult.
Simple solution before you break any connection - hold the new line up and follow curves of existing line and match length. It works every time. I did not follow my own advice and had to change them out after installation.

That sounds like something I have done once or twice over the years.
I also recommend using line wrenches on the fittings too. No need risking rounding off a fastener.
