LS1 vs LS6 fuel rails

I'm getting ready to swap out the LS1 in my 98 with an 04 LS6. I noticed that the LS1 has 2 lines going to the fuel rail and the LS6 has 1 line going to it. I've been told the two line LS1 set up is better than the one line LS6.... Comments on whether you would agree with this and if so, can I just swap the fuel rails from the LS1 to the LS6?

the 97-98 has 2 lines as in one feed and one return. Any 99+ were a deadhead system. Return is better though. So stick with your stock rails
