Default Pesky 430 code

I've only had this car a couple of months. Done a lot of work on it so far. The first time the 430 came up, I replaced the right side rear 02 sensor. It only comes up when driving in town. I replaced the cat with a Flowmaster last night, the original was bad. The po had hit something and damaged the right wheel house and dented the cat pretty good. When I removed it, it had some of the material missing inside. So I thought for sure I'd have it this time. Reset the code and drove to work, on the way home the chk light returned along with the 430 code. What else could it be? Thanks

Cheked it pretty good so I don't think there is an exhaust leak. The voltages was moving around when I took the car and had a scanner put on it. If I have a leaky fuel injector, would this cause this problem? The car runs very good, and showed no missfires when I had it on the scanner. Just put new plugs and wires on it too. The car does between 18/19 miles per gallon back and forth to work. Thanks

Update.
Well the code only happened 1 time after I replaced the cat. The po hit something that caused the ceramic to break out of the original cat. About 2" wide all the way through. The new cat must have had to have a chance to work as I haven't got any codes all week long, haray. Ended up using a Magnaflow, may buy another and replace the other one as my car has 137000 on it now.
