Default Track times down after mods

Hi all, I am new to the forums and I am having an issue with my 02 C5. It is basically stock except for a halltech CAI and strait pipes from manifolds back, No cats. When car was totally stock it ran pretty consistent 12.8 @ 108-110. after installing the CAI and removing cats it now runs 13.0 @ 106. Same 60ft. Car seems really lazy down low. It was tuned on a dynojet and made 350hp, 340 torque but my tuner said it was lazy down low as well. I am really disappointed to say the least. It is an A4 with 3.15 gears, 42K miles. Any ideas about this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

350/340 crank or rwhp? 350rwhp is skeptical through manifolds and a4 tranny and only mod being just an intake.

Compare your 60' times as that would be the only time the engine is "down low" as you call it, the rest of the run will be at shift point RPMs and higher. As an aside I can not understand taking out the cats-usually only a very minimum gain in HP and a whole lot more pollution. I agree with earlier post-basically stock engine and 350 RWHP seems a little off.

Not to be rude, but there is NO WAY it is making 350RWHP. A stock auto averages around 290, and of the two mods, only the exhaust mods would help on the dyno. I'd really doubt any more than around 300-305rwhp at the most.
12.8 stock is pretty amazing as well with a stock stall, although the 3.15s are helping some

I agree, the numbers don't make sense, but my concern is the major performance loss at the track, Later I will try and scan the time slips, The dyno numbers mean little. its the track performance that matters and the numbers are off since the mods. I think lack of back pressure is hurting the low end, top end does feel stronger. does that make any sense?

Has it been tuned since the mods were done. That kind of difference could be attributed to a change in weather it's not that far off.

My 04 with a Vararam,Corsa Touring and a simply a Predator tune with an A4 and 3.15's runs 12.82 all the time.Took about 6 months of weekly racing to get it there though. Sea level but poor air down here.

13.0 at 106 is pretty darn good if you ask me.. 350 rwhp is what an LS6 (stock ) makes..
