got computer checked still wont start!please help.
I got the following codes: p0601 and p1518. So I assumed my computer was toast. I sent it to East Coast Supercharging, paid for a new mail order tune (it previously had a dyno tune). I guess the computer checked out, they sent it back, I put it in and im still getting the same codes and still cant start the vette. Is there anything else that could be causing this? Ive checked all the fuses the battery is good,Im at a loss.

Yep...PCM is toast. Let me guess....you have a 98..?
have you put a timing light on it to see if you have spark in any cylinder? I don't know what those codes are but if the engine isn't grounded it won't start (like what has happened to mine before).
Disconnect the TAC module. Try turning the ignition on and clearing codes. If the P0601 disappears then your tac module might be pulling it down. If the P0601 returns I suspect your in need of a new PCM.

Yes its a 98, I had the PCM sent to East Coast Supercharging, and they sent it back saying it was all good? I will try disconnecting the tcm, and see if the codes clear, also when this initially happened, I also got the reduced engine power warning as well, Whats the best way to check all of your grounds?

Don't get distracted by people suggesting grounds....that's grasping at straws. Since you mentioned "reduced engine power", that changes the game a bit. In all cases that I've seen, a P601 is not a recoverable failure, will not clear, and the engine will not start. That being said, there was one forum member, that went through 3 PCM's, before the shop working on his car determined the TAC was somehow corrupting the PCMs. Even with the new TAC, the PCMs would still not work, so the end result was a new TAC & PCM. If you do a search for P0601, I'm sure you'll find the thread.

I found the thread you mentioned, sound like it might be the problem. Virginia Speed did my dyno tune originaly, they are down the road so Ill give them a call since they did the work on the car in that post.

Good idea. A P0601 seems to be most common in 98's for some reason.
