my 2000 with 155k miles has some drops of oil oozing from the passenger side valve cover gasket ....how do i remove and replace this gasket ??? thanks in advance...new york nick
The gasket is rubber and sits in a groove in the valve cover. Remove it and replace with a new one. No sealant of any type needed.
If you are asking how to remove the cover, there are many threads on here that explain the process. Pretty simple. Remove the frc, coil packs etc. I'm sure someone will chime in with exact details.
