Need torque spec for side cover quickly?

Need torque spec for side cover quickly?
I removed the DTE braces and associated longer bolts.
Had to replace the side cover bolts on each side of the diff.
Can some one tell me what to torque the bolts to please?
I suppose I should use loctite as well?
