Belt tensioner question
What is the easiest way to R&R the main drive belt tensioner on a 99? Any issues to be aware of? Any advice would help.

Take the belt off, unbolt the old tensioner, stick some anti seeze on the bolts, install the new tensioner. Torque the bolts to 37 ft lbs and torque the bottom bolt first. (I have no idea why it would make a difference, I'm just parrotting what the book says)
