Battery tray clamp down bolt specs?

Battery tray clamp down bolt specs?
I need to find a replacement for the one that goes thru the black block that holds down the battery. I lost mine and i just want to go to a hardware store and get a bolt. Anybody have specs? ~Cole~

I believe you need an M8 X 1.25 2" long.
You would need to grind the end down to a point.
Push the bolt through the blk plastic block & put a (paper thin) push nut on the
bolt on the back side of the blk plastic block. That way it will be as the original & you won't ever loose it?

Hat's off to you gentleman 
I went and got a bolt for $1 and washer for $.35 and it works perfect. It isn't a tapered end but it bolts in just fine

Next time you need something like that go to Lowes. They have a very nice assortment of automobile style fasteners. Just checked a few and they seemed to be better stocked than the local stores of the national chains which are getting pretty limited in what they offer.
