I am doing a H/C swap on my 99 FRC, G5x4 cam and patriot stage 2 heads with all the supporting mods ( ls7 lifters, hardend rods, ported oil pump, timing chain, 160* stat) There is a guy around my area that had the G5x4 with stock ls6 heads and made 451/416 with the same bolt ons as me. Would yall think I should make more because of my heads or is it not a good combonation?
Sounds like to me you are talking about Crank HP--The 450 range with your mods sounds about right for crank HP--
your car's crank HP should be around
350 stock
40 cam
25 heads
25 LT hdrs/exhaust
15 CAI
12 LS6 intake
467 total crank HP
That would make your RWHP ( on a T6) around 410-420 RWHP

I guess that car is just one of those freak cars, because he did have 451rwhp, it could just be that his tune was better than most idk. I am thinking i'll be in the 425-440rwhp range.
Well to get 450 RWHP--that would make his Crank HP about 500---
doesn't seem possible unless there are more to his engine than we know---
Typically you would need bigger cubes--or more compression to get 500 Crank HP N/A ( on a 6 speed) even more with an A4 --about 570 Crnk HP
