Some late 2003 owners have reported the same leak. My 98 tank had a leak on the drivers side. The dual tank design has had some issues to say the least. Some dealers have done a "good will" repair or discount if it is cross over related leak.

As far as the rest goes plugs, wires or coil is what is causing your missfire

There were a bunch of 2003's that did get the 2004 fuel system so that is potentially an issue. Misfire is either plug, coil or wires. Check them all and if you are not sure post pictures of the plugs here.
