THIS IS A VERY BRIEF 'HOW TO', IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS, POST OR PM
Installed the TICK master last week in Matt's 2004 Medium Spiral Grey coupe last week(rare color)
1. Remove clutch pedal assy, 13mm ratchet wrench will remove the 3 nuts, 10mm nuts removed along with dead pedal and lower 'clutch engaged' switch plug
2. Here's where you'll want to take a few minutes and get the Tilton 'indexed' properly, you'll notice the pedal box has the sheet metal ends right where the allen bolts to the master, the top of the master will face the LHS of the car to clear the brake booster area.
3. Install clutch pedal assy w/ new Tilton master installed
4. Clean/remove OEM fluid res. and hose and install on Tilton master, attach AN fitting and route other end to OEM slave QD
allows the clutch to fully disengageby making adjustments, it takes 2 ppl one to press clutch the other to check the air gap. too little and she wont disengage too much and you can hurt the pressure plate fingers

How do you adjust these things? How do you check the air gap?
remove the clutch inspection sheild. have one person press the clutch pedal in. check for a gap. not too much but not too little just enough were the clutch fully disengages.the adjustment rod on the master cylinder is for adjusting that gap. once properly adjusted shifting will be easy and any rpm.
Sorry not to bring this back from the dead but I had a shop quote me 400 to install this :X Ive done it for my camaro but not my my c5 I'm sure its not too much different
