I was thinking about putting a ls6 intake on my 2000 conv.I called this company that works on corvettes. He told me if i change the intake only that on the dyno it only showes about 3 hp.Which my car is stock. Any body else done this. Would like to hear any input
On a stock car you'll see very little. The intake flows well, so it is one of the necessary mods for cars with heads, cam, headers, etc.
Good mod, but there are better bangs for the buck at this stage
I just added an LS6 intake and LG long tubes, getting tuned tomorrow.....since I did the long tubes at the same time I am not sure what the individual results will be, but I can post the combined results after if you are interested.....I have a 2000/A4

I'm interested. Did the same thing in my 99/A4 (kooks lt) and ended up with 327rwhp not sure about the torque (need to find the dyno sheet). It was a conservative tune for a DD.
