Was just wondering if its normal to have a bit of vibration on the wheel and car in general at 80? drives real smooth below 70 but at about 75 - 80 it starts to vibrate a bit, hadnt gone that fast before so I dont know if its normal from before I swapped wheels, tires, and lowered on stock bolts. I just had a full alignment done at a shop that specializes in alignments and brakes. Im running Nitto 555s in the front and NT-01s in the back. It seems to vibrate as much if not a little more than my 84 (with very hard suspension) just didnt seem right to me for a c5 with a stock suspension and why the noticable difference between 10 mph. I will add that there is a small bend in the back wheel but its not bad enough to let any air leak and again..If that was a prob Id think Itd vibrate at 70 too.
edit: the wheels did balance out at the shop too when I had the tires put on.

The bend in the rim is on the inside, when I had the tires put on I did get them balanced and thats when they showed me that there was a bend in the inside of the wheel. I dont recall it feeling like that before I changed wheels, tires, and lowered the car. Im guessing it might be the bend, but why would I feel it on the steering wheel too? Both the place that I got the alignment and the balancing were very reputable shops specializing in each. If its possible for the steering wheel to vibrate cause of the bent wheel its gotta be that im thinkin.

That's the first place you will feel the vibration if it's a bent rim, or belt separation in a front tire! Warped rotors can be felt through the brake pedal...........as Terry Tate would say...."that ain't new baby!"
