IPC flickers/Car started then shut off
I've been having problems with the IPC flashing and then the car won't start. I've cleaned the ground next to the battery and tightened the battery cables, that helped for about a week. I've also checked the wire connectors in the doors for a possible loose connection and everything looks good. Today I tried to start the car and the IPC flashed and would not start. It cranks fine, just won't start. The second attempt it started, idled rough then shut off. The third time the IPC would not come on at all. So I pulled the key and waited 10-20 seconds and it fired right up like nothing ever happened. Here are the codes that it has now.
B 1000 H ECU mafunction
P 0654 H ENG speed output circuit
U 1088 H I can't find this one
The B1000H was there from the last time it did this, so I think the other 2 are from todays.
