Started seeing this message 2 days and the first time it cranked slow but started. I had left an iPod plugged in for a few hours so I think it may have drained the battery slightly. It starts fine now and sometime I see this message but it doesn't come up everytime though. When starting the DIC shows 11.2V but checking battery with multi tester just before showed 13.2V. After starting the DIC shows 13.0V and checking the battery with multi tester shows 14.2 at idle. When I turn on the headlights (HID) the voltage drops for a split second then comes back to 14.1-14.2V. The number on the multitester seems to be about where they should be from what I have read but the DIC seems to be off by +/-1.0V.
Checking the codes it shows:
A1 RDCM U1064H (Right Door Control Module-Loss of Communication with BCM-history code)
A6 SCM No Comm (Seat Control Module-power drivers seat is disconnected due to broken seat track)
BO RFA C2110H (Remote Function Actuation Right Rear TPM Sensor Malfunction-history code)
I'm not seeing anything in the codes, but I am no expert...
In the process of cleaning the grounds now, but I am leaving on a weekend trip to St. Louis in the morning and the last thing I want is a problem. Any ideas or thoughts greatly appreciated.
Your alternator and PCM communicate with each other. That code is a nuiscance is all. With the measured voltages you took, don't worry. Just clear the message and all is good.
